The 1LOVE.ORG FACEBOOK SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") starts at 08:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on the Monday that we announce the Sweepstakes on the 1Love.org Facebook page and ends at 07:59:00 a.m. PT on the Monday that is designated as the end of the Sweepstakes ("Entry Period") for entry via the "SWEEPSTAKES" form in the Facebook Platform (the "Application") as detailed below. The Sweepstakes consists of a specific number of random drawings that will be announced on the 1Love.org Facebook page (each a "Drawing") as detailed below. Entries that are not selected as a winner in a specific Drawing WILL NOT remain eligible for subsequent Drawings. Drawings may be referred to herein individually as a "Drawing" and collectively as "Drawings". The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is 1Love.org (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is subject to these Sweepstakes Official Rules (the "Official Rules"), and by entering, entrant agrees to be bound by them.

ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous Continental United States and the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, Employees of Something Massive ("Marketing Agency"), and each of their respective affiliates, (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as members of such employees' immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) or households (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited or restricted by law. A prize won by an individual who is eighteen (18) years of age or older and considered a minor in his or her legal jurisdiction of residency ("Minor") will be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian.

How to Enter via the Application: During the Entry Period, you may enter via the Application by (1) signing onto Facebook and clicking on the "Sweepstakes" tab, which will be located in the Application. You must have a specific number of respect points during that given week in order to qualify for entry. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the required personal information (first and last name, street address (no post office boxes), city, state, zip code, email address, date of birth and daytime telephone number) as directed and agree to the Official Rules. Agreeing to the Official Rules and clicking "Submit" you will automatically receive one (1) online entry into the specific Drawing in the Sweepstakes ("Online Entry") subject to the terms of these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes should be addressed to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

Online Entry may be referred to herein individually as an "Entry" and collectively as "Entries". Each individual submitting an Entry shall be referred to herein as an "Entrant".

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED PER DRAWING. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ACCORDING TO THE ONLINE ENTRY PERIOD SCHEDULE BELOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SPECIFIC DRAWINGS.

AS STATED ABOVE, ENTRIES NOT SELECTED AS A WINNER IN A SPECIFIC DRAWING WILL NOT REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT DRAWING(S).

1Love.org expects to have twelve (12) Sweepstakes over the next six (6) months and each Sweepstakes will be announced beforehand on the 1Love.org Facebook page.

The Sweepstakes Entities, Facebook and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s) and email services, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailers and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, (collectively, "Releasees"), are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers or software, including without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes; inability to access the Site or any pages thereof or Email Address; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any website (including the Entry Site) or email address (including the Email Address) or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due mail, or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at the Site or submitting information to the Email Address is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible or incomplete Entries, Entries in excess of the stated number above and mechanically reproduced Entries will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive Entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.

Privacy Information. The information obtained from the Entry will be used by Sponsor and its affiliates unless otherwise noted by the entrant. For more details, please see Sponsor's privacy policy at the Site. The laws of the State of California, USA apply to and govern this Contest and any claims must be raised and resolved in the Federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, United States.

WINNER SELECTION:

Winners will be selected for each Drawing in a random drawing, held within seven (7) days of the end of the Drawing Entry Period from among eligible Entries. All Drawings will be conducted by Marketing Agency, an independent judging entity whose decisions regarding the result of the Drawings shall be final and binding. Potential Drawing prize winners will be notified within sixty (60) days of the random drawing with the delivery of their prize by mail or other delivery service determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, Sponsor may decide, in its discretion, to award the applicable prize to an alternate eligible Entrant subject to the new selectee's compliance with all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

All federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the prize winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) granted to Sponsor to use the prize winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, biographical information and statements for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media and manner and by any and all means now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity worldwide without additional compensation or limitation of any kind, and without the need to get any further consent.

PRIZES:

Prizes will be announced on the 1Love.org Facebook page prior to the Sweepstakes.

The odds of winning a prize in a specific Drawing are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the specific Drawing and are equal regardless of method of entry.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:

Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Releasees' sole control. Releasees shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), Hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Releasees shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Releasees shall not be liable for personal injuries, death, dismemberment, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or from acceptance of or use or inability to use a prize or parts thereof, including without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, dismemberment, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Each winner releases the Releasees from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to the prize (including any property loss, damage, personal injury or death). Each winner acknowledges the aforementioned individuals and entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, related to a prize.

GENERAL:

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any website or email address associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award the applicable prize(s) from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Site. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE ENTRY SITE) OR EMAIL ADDRESS (INCLUDING THE EMAIL ADDRESS) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a dispute arises about who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account entered (as applicable). The authorized account holder of an email account entered is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potential winning Entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

NOTE:

Online Entry must be made only by the Entrant at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device or software to automate the Entry process is prohibited.
